This song illustrates a phenomenon I'd like to discuss. I have a theory that Adult Contemporary radio programming has not changed for about twenty years. You don't listen to it on purpose, of course. But AC radio might get played in your workplace, at the grocery store, or at your dentist's office. And think about it: do you hear any new music on there? No. I believe it is 100% as likely that you will hear this song on an AC station or the Delilah show today as it was in 1991.
