Volume 257: Nas ft. Puff Daddy "Hate Me Now" (1999)

Nas is awesome but this goes a little too far into the Bad Boy/Hype Williams machine for me. Still, I remember the "premiere" of this video and they made a BIG deal about it. I mean even with the disclaimer, you can't help but make Jesus comparisons. Just LOOK at it.

This one is just a classic. No two ways about it. I was deeply entrenched in my punk rock phase by the time this came out, and I still got down to this jam.
