Volume 264: Pavement "Rattled by the Rush" (1995)

This is by no means a hit song, but I thought I'd start featuring some songs from what they once called "alternative" music. Pavement was the epitome of the alt/indie/slacker style, and Stephen Malkmus is a terrific songwriter if you can accept the quirks.
