Volume 90: 311 "Down" (1996)

I don't have much to say about 311 except that they were bound for success in the 90s. I mean they perfectly bridge the gap between Sublime and...Korn, I guess? I know they sold a hell of a lot of T-shirts. They're right here in the mix with the late 90s alterna-reggae thing I suddenly have going on this week.
