Volume 59: Chris Isaak "Wicked Game" (1991)

Technically this song was released in 1989 but it did not become a hit radio/video single until 1991, when demented film director David Lynch included it in his film Wild at Heart. Since this is the sexiest video ever made (fact) I am going to make a tough call and include it in the 90s.
